Google Analytics commonly uses cookies beginning _ga, including a property-specific
_ga_... cookie. The exact cookies may change as Google updates its service. No Google
Analytics script or cookie is requested by us unless you accept optional analytics.
Your choice
You will be shown a privacy banner with an accept and reject option unless this browser already has a saved choice for the current cookie choices. Settings lets you choose analytics and marketing separately. Rejecting optional cookies does not stop you from using the website. If you reject it, we will store that choice so we do not keep asking you.
You can change your choice at any time using the button below. You can also delete cookies or block cookies in your browser settings, although blocking strictly necessary cookies may stop account, form or security features from working correctly.
Third parties
Some services we use may set or read cookies when they are needed to provide the service. This includes Cloudflare Turnstile for form security, Google Analytics if you accept analytics, and Meta if you accept marketing. These providers may process data outside the UK or European Economic Area under their own privacy and transfer arrangements.
Advertising
With marketing consent, the Meta pixel sends Meta information about selected public page visits and successful email/password registrations and accommodation enquiries, together with browser/device information, IP address and advertising identifiers. Meta may associate this activity with your Facebook or Instagram account and use it for measurement and personalised advertising. We do not include enquiry text, names, email addresses or telephone numbers in our event data. You can withdraw marketing consent using Review cookie choice.

We do not currently use Google AdSense. Meta marketing cookies are used only with your separate marketing consent. Before enabling AdSense, we will update this policy and our Privacy Policy with the advertising technologies, vendors and purposes in use. We will also introduce the required advertising controls and, for the UK, EEA and Switzerland, a Google-certified consent management platform where required. This policy does not ask you to consent to future advertising.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when our website, analytics, security tools or legal requirements change. This version was last updated on 21 September 2026.
